Filing a copyright notice
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email our agent at info@newedgepolicy.com with the subject "DMCA Notice", including: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material; (4) your contact details; (5) a good-faith belief statement; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Our response
On receiving a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and make a reasonable effort to notify the affected party.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We may restrict or remove contributors or users who are repeat infringers.
